Eine mit Studierenden der Angewandten Kulturwissenschaften konzipierte, entwickelte und durchgeführte Veranstaltung zu "Bloomsday", 16. Juni, dem Tag, an dem James Joyces Roman "Ulysses" traditionell weltweit durch Lesungen und Events gefeiert wird. Veranstaltungsort war das Heinrich-Heine-Haus, der Sitz des Literaturbüros Lüneburg (die Schreibweise bLÜmsday verknüpft dem Namen Bloom mit der Stadt Lüneburg). Über drei Stockwerke verteilt wurden dargeboten
- Ein Konzert mit Liedern aus "Ulysses"
- eine Lesung einer Episode aus dem Roman
- verschiedene Ausstellungselemente: Informationen zum Autor und zum
Roman, Bilder des historischen Dublin, eine Karte zur Visualisierung
interkultureller Elemente in "Ulysses", eine Reproduktion des "Evening
Telegraph" vom 16. Juni 1904,
- Auszüge aus der Verfilmung von Joseph Strick (1967) und
- eine Installation: Molly Blooms Schlafzimmer mit Audioimpressionen.
