Der Datensatz beinhaltet volltext Vektoren von 3.9. Millionen Plenarvorträgen, welche aus sieben europäischen gesetzgebenden Parlamentskammern stammen. Die Autoren sind Dr. Christian Rauh, Prof. Pieter de Wilde und Jan Schwalbach. Pavel Satra war für das Scrapen der Reden aus dem Abgeordnetenhaus des Tschechischen Parlaments zuständig. Er wurde von Dr. Christian Rauh betreut.
