Sein Fokus liegt auf Theorien des Affekts und deren Resonanz mit medialen Wahrnehmungskontexten in Kunst und Aktivismus. Ein besonderes Interesse besteht in der Prägung eines neuen Erfahrungsbegriffs anhand der Philosophie William James´und der hieraus abgeleiteten Entwicklung eines "relationalen Realismus".
